  8.       MacUnRAR utility is freeware. This means:

  10.    1. All copyrights to the utility MacUnRAR are exclusively
  11.       owned by the authors :
  12.         Eugene Roshal for the unRAR source code;
  13.         Guillaume Dufay for the Macintosh implementation
  14.  
  15.    2. Anyone may use the utility MacUnRAR to handle archive files 
  16.       created with the RAR archiver without limitations.

  18.    3. The MacunRAR utility may be freely distributed, provided the 
  19.       distribution package is not modified.  No person or company 
  20.       may charge a fee for the distribution of MacUnRAR without 
  21.       written permission from the copyright holders.
